Terms of Service
Applicable to all bookings at A Suite Dream, 244 Rotsvy Street, Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate.
Cancellation policy
Subject to change. Applies in all instances. Cancellation of a booking must be in writing — cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
- More than 90 days notice — 25% of the total booking amount is forfeited.
- More than 75 days notice — 50% of the total booking amount is forfeited.
- More than 60 days notice — 75% of the total booking amount is forfeited.
- Less than 60 days notice — 100% of the total booking amount is forfeited.
Bookings & payment
Due to live booking options via the internet, reservations are only secured on proof of payment of the required deposit on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of a booking due to delayed payment.
Check-in / check-out
Standard check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00. Should you need to check in after 19:00, please let us know in advance on +27 82 067 1349. Check-out is by 10:00.
House rules
Non-smoking policy. A Suite Dream is a non-smoking facility. Should the non-smoking policy of our establishment be ignored, penalties will be levied without consultation. For your convenience, ashtrays are available at designated smoking areas.
Maximum occupancy. Maximum two persons per room. We have 6 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests sharing across the property.
Accommodation only. A Suite Dream is an accommodation-only property. No meals or catering services are provided.
Estate rules. A Suite Dream is located inside Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate — a gated reserve with free-roaming game. Speed limits, gate-access protocols, and wildlife-distance rules apply at all times.
Use of the website
By visiting www.asuitedream.co.za and using the information, resources, services and tools we provide, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose, in accordance with applicable laws and generally accepted online practices. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Liability
A Suite Dream and its operator (The Belgium Inn (same owner; central management & bookings)) are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to person or property except where caused by gross negligence. Guests use facilities (pool, braai, surrounding estate) at their own risk.
